Owner
Port of Karlshamn is owned by Stadsvapnet i Karlshamn AB, a group in which the municipality of Karlshamn has gathered its wholly-owned companies. Stadsvapnet is 100 percent owned by the municipality of Karlshamn, and the municipal council is responsible for appointing the board and issuing ownership directives for the company's operations.
