Advance notification
All advance notification must be approved by the Port Security Service Center. Normal working hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00.
Advance notification must be applied for no later than 24 hours before arrival. It is also possible to register at the Port Security Service Center (Gate 1) during normal working hours, but advance notification is required. Work to be carried out within the facilities of the Port of Karlshamn requires an approved port security course for access. The course takes approx. 15 minutes and must be completed before arrival.
