The energy group E.ON and Swedish rail operator Green Cargo has signed a long term contract for two trains per week all year round between Port of Karlshamn and the steel producer SSAB in Borlänge. The first delivery from Karlshamn took place March 6th and was destined for the SSAB site Domnarvet in Borlänge.

- This is the largest single deal for Propane ever we have closed. It confirms that we have the right business concept and that the customers appreciate our logistics set up with our big storage facilities in Karlshamn and a close co-operation with the customer and Green Cargo, says Christopher Thelin, site manager and Logistics manager at E.ON Gas in Sweden.
