Increase of capacity in Port of Karlshamn ferry terminal

The reconstruction of the ferry/RoRo-terminal in Port of Karlshamn has started. Roro-ramp "no. 1", a fixed concrete ramp, will be wider and higher in order to accomodate for larger vessels with wide ramps upto 33 m. The terminal area with line-up and parking areas will be re-designed for more space and there will be gates with check-in and cameras. Later on also the passenger terminal will be moved to a new location.
